Orders that have not shipped can be canceled.

If for any reason you decide that the product you ordered does not suit your needs or just isn't for you, simply return it to us in new, unused condition within 14 days of purchase and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund. No questions asked and no restocking fee. After receiving a digital download, refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
